Welcome to UC Irvine Taekwondo!
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced martial artist, come out and train with us! UCI Taekwondo is comprised of
undergraduates, graduates,and doctorates, along with UCI faculty and/or staff.
We train throughout the Fall, Winter and Spring Quarters of the academic year. Our focus is on Kukkiwon standard, along with
World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) Sparring & Forms. In addition to training, we offer team socials events throughout the year.
UCI Taekwondo also offers traditional belt promotions towards a black belt.
If you wish to join UCI Taekwondo, you must be enrolled as a student at UC Irvine with access to the ARC.

Note to New and Current Members:
You must wear a complete UCI Taekwondo V-neck Uniform with your designated belt to workout. If you do not have a uniform,
please wear comfortable workout clothes that do not restrict body movement until we can place an order for you.
It is mandatory to maintain personal hygiene, ie, short nails, a clean uniform, and no jewelry.
Last but not least, please refer to higher ranks as Sir & Ma'am as a sign of respect.
